If anyone has an interest in playing around with the Three Horizons Framework for use in service design/futuring work then I'd be happy to help.  Three Horizons is a methodology for reflexively exploring pathways into the future as elaborated on by Bill Sharpe and colleagues at the International Futures Forum (http://www.internationalfuturesforum.com/three-horizonshttp://www.h3uni.org/)

I'm happy to support virtually or in a live learning context (when the time is right, post COVID) especially as it throws up some interesting questions around improvement in relation to innovation... and how we can shape a path toward the future that sustains what is needed now, helps nurture and expand 'pockets of the future in the present' and charts a path of transition and experimentation between the 'now' and the 'can be'...
