NHS colleagues  come and  enhance your health and wellbeing, come and join on friday's at 5 pm, for a Pranayam session.  

Pranayama  is "Prana"  life force, and Ayama is to extend or control, Pranayama helps harness ones life force, and  involves six breathing techniques, done in sequence over 30 minutes daily, and can transform your wellbeing. Please contact me if you want to join, and I will send you the zoom link.
