I've been asked to write an annual report for our board members for early next year. The report will highlight the work the QI team have done over the last calendar year in enabling, empowering and inspiring colleagues within our acute trust on their QI journeys.
Although there will be a 'trust' format to structure this, I would also like to appraoch this with a bit of creativity, to make it more engaging than just another formal report that gets filed.
So I would like to think a little out of the box with regards to style and delivery whilst at the same time to still have the content for board members who maybe a little more traditional / formal.
I really like that, Annabelle. Your report looks great with a nice balance of images and text. Impressed with your team's use of QI tools too!
It looks like the first month is free, so I'll trial it prior to our next QI Academy report.
I have used Piktochart to create annual reports that look different and are a bit more engaging. See the annual report we've pinned on the Hexitime twitter page as an example. It's basically an infographic - it's great because it's visual and you can embed interactive charts and videos into it. If that's useful we can find somebody on Hexitime to timebank with you and run a Piktochart demo.
When you rate an idea, we calculate the most or least popular ideas using a simple scoring formula (+2, +1, 0, -1, -2). Please be honest - your rating is important but also anonymous.
