I am offering up to an hour of QI coaching to help you think through a challenge that you are facing in improving your service and come up with solutions. This will involve you answering questions that deepen your understanding and devise some practical ideas to test out.

You can do this by phone/Zoom or face to face, if you can come to Walsall.

I have extensive experience of QI methodologies and am an ILM qualified coach..
