Our first exchange on Hexitime takes place. Mark Hellaby delivers human factors training in Walsall.

Thanks for the invite to the day – I really think you have all developed something really special and there was a palpable energy. It really gave me the opportunity to reflect and coalesce some thoughts particularly about interruptions which I’ve often thought are a major source of performance variation but so common / endemic I wasn’t sure what to do.
