Coaching and mentoring
*Available for FREE coaching or mentoring sessions for public sector staff*
I am motivated by making a contribution to society and seek opportunities to fulfil this both inside and outside of work. My working life has involved both working in front-line services for the NHS and Local Authorities to support vulnerable members of the community such as the elderly or homeless, and more strategic roles with the opportunity to make a bigger impact on the health and care of the wider population. Currently working as Assistant Director in the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System.
I have been informally coaching and mentoring people, both in the workplace and voluntarily, for many years. I gained an OCM diploma in coach-mentoring in March 2019 and am a practitioner member of EMCC. My approach to coaching is eclectic drawing upon different disciplines and models. I see coaching as a tool to facilitate the learning and development of another person enabling them to come to their own solution to an issue and maximise their potential and will work with you to find an approach that works for you.
