I am an executive coach and Organisation Development practitioner specialising in large scale strategic change, team and leader development. I have been working in the NHS for 20 years which has given me a broad range of experiences and a deep understanding of the system and the demand it places on individuals, teams and leaders.
I started off my career as a clinical dietitian, progressing to clinical and operational management, before changing my career path to move into organisation development and coaching. I have had the privilege of working in a wide range on environments (NHS, Social Care and Commissioning), supporting individuals, team and leaders through change and transition.
I have led the people change element of large scale transformation programmes across organisations (including service redesign and IT (Epic EHRS) and systems.
I currently work in a transformation team that leads on key system-wide workstreams across 2 neighbouring boroughs. I am the people and system development lead, responsible for designing the people element of these workstreams to ensure all work undertaken is co-designed and co-owned by all system partners in order to facilitate systemic culture change.
In the work I do-both with coaching and organisation development- I focus on creating environments where people are valued and where they can thrive.
I have significant experience in team and leadership development, change capability, strategic system redesign and executive coaching.
